The terms on which we sell through this store.
These terms govern purchases made through this online store, operated by Bizgram Asia Pte Ltd (UEN 200903547Z), #05-50, 1 Rochor Canal Road, Sim Lim Square, Singapore 188504.
Prices and GST
All prices are shown in Singapore Dollars. Prices displayed to consumers include GST at the prevailing rate of 9%. Prices reflect the catalogue at the time of display and may change without notice; the price confirmed on your order is the price that applies.
Stock and lead times
Availability shown on this store is drawn from two sources: our own warehouse, and stock held at our supply partner. Items marked In stock ship from our shelf. Items marked Available to order are not on our shelf and are typically delivered in 3–7 working days. Items marked Available on request are indent lines with a lead time confirmed when you order.
Availability can change between the moment a page is loaded and the moment an order is placed. Where an item becomes unavailable after you have ordered, we will contact you to offer an alternative, a revised lead time, or a full refund.
Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm the order. We may decline an order — for example where an item is mispriced, out of stock, or where we cannot verify the payment or delivery details.
Payment
Payment is taken at checkout. We accept PayNow, and card payments where enabled. Prices are re-checked against our catalogue at the point of payment; the amount charged is the amount calculated by our system, never a figure supplied by your browser.
Delivery
We deliver within Singapore. Delivery timing depends on the availability tier of each item in your order; where an order contains items from more than one tier, we may ship in parts at no extra cost, or hold the order until complete if you prefer.
Warranty
Products carry the manufacturer's warranty for the territory in which they are sold. Warranty periods vary by manufacturer and product. Warranty claims are handled in accordance with the manufacturer's process; we will assist you in raising them.
Business customers
Purchases made in the course of a business are business-to-business transactions. Where you buy as a business, the consumer cancellation rights described in our Returns policy do not apply, and our standard trading terms govern the sale.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount paid for the goods concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, data or business interruption.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction.
