What we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
This notice explains what personal data Bizgram Asia Pte Ltd (UEN 200903547Z) collects through this store, why, and what you can do about it. We handle personal data in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
What we collect
- Order details — your name, company, email address, mobile number, delivery address and what you ordered.
- Payment records — the amount, reference and outcome. We do not receive or store your card number. Card details are entered directly with our payment provider.
- Messages — anything you send us by email or WhatsApp about an order or enquiry.
Why we hold it
- To take, fulfil and deliver your order.
- To issue invoices and receipts, and to meet accounting and tax obligations.
- To handle warranty claims, returns and support.
- To answer questions you send us.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it for other companies' marketing. We do not use it to build advertising profiles.
Who else sees it
Only parties needed to complete your order: our payment provider, our delivery partner, and — where an item is drop-shipped — the supplier fulfilling it. Each receives only what that step requires.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice records are kept for five years, as required for tax and accounting in Singapore. Enquiries that do not become orders are kept for up to two years.
Your rights
You may ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to sales@bizgram.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
This store uses local browser storage to remember your basket and your light or dark theme preference. That information stays on your device. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
